Shadowcry is the son of a Windclan cat, and a Shadowclan cat. His Windclan mother, Harewhisker, and he himself, at the time Shadowkit, were both accepted into Shadowclan, due to his father Shadowtail being the former leader's friend. Shadowkit soon became Shadowpaw, and was apprenticed to a nice warrior, who he quickly came to like, and learned many things. Then,very late in his apprenticeship, a horrible bought of Greencough came about, killing his mentor, father, and mother. He became Shadowcry soon after that, and vowed to make all of the cats who had gone to Starclan proud. He fought many battles with his clan, made friendships, including with Darkstar, until he became Deputy of Shadowclan.
